Steve Reitan
President & Co-Founder, LifeSkills Connection, Inc.
Steve co-founded LifeSkills Connection after more than 25 years in government workforce contracting including roles as a Job Corps center director, corporate operations leader, and national consultant. He leads corporate strategy, contract operations, and business development across the LifeSkills family of companies. Steve is a certified coach, teacher, trainer, and speaker with the John Maxwell Team and a certified professional coach through the World Coach Institute.

Sheila Reitan

Sheila Reitan is the co‑founder of LifeSkills Connection and serves as the guiding heart behind the holistic wellness mission. With more than 30 years of experience in office management, HR leadership, Healing Center Operations and Job Corps programming, Sheila blends strong operational expertise with an unwavering commitment to personal growth and whole‑person wellness. Sheila is known for her compassionate presence, her grounded approach to healing, and her ability to connect with individuals and teams in meaningful, transformative ways.

Steven Reitan
Vice President of Finance, LifeSkills Connection, Inc. | Q4 Solutions | Options Ink
As the son of LifeSkills Connection’s founders, Steven has been part of the organization since its earliest days. He leads all financial operations across LifeSkills Connection, Q4 Solutions, and Options Ink including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. His engineering background from Iowa State University gives him a unique perspective on systems thinking and operational design.

Shauna Soroka
Vice President, Human Resources LifeSkills Connection | Q4 Solutions | Options Ink
Shauna oversees HR operations across three LifeSkills companies, ensuring every aspect of talent management, from recruitment and development to compliance and employee engagement, aligns with the organization’s mission and values. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Fitchburg State University.

Naomi leads strategic growth and business development, driving the expansion of partnerships, capabilities, and customer relationships across both government contracting and commercial markets. She has over 20 years of experience in the federal space and holds a Master’s degree in English.
