Sheila Reitan is a dedicated leader and compassionate advocate for personal growth and well-being. As Executive Vice President of LifeSkills Connection Incorporated, Sheila plays a vital role in coordinating the organization’s operational functions, leading human resources initiatives, and cultivating meaningful client relationships. Her leadership ensures that the organization's services are delivered with integrity, efficiency, and care.
In her dual role as Executive Director of The Healing Heart Center and Holistic Health, Sheila brings a unique blend of strategic oversight and heartfelt guidance. She leads all holistic health services provided by LifeSkills Connection, offering innovative wellness solutions to individuals across multiple locations. Her vision has been instrumental in the development of two transformative healing and counseling centers that serve diverse communities with empathy and professionalism.
With over 20 years of experience in office management, payroll, and human resources, Sheila brings a wealth of operational expertise to her work. She also has more than 15 years of hands-on experience within the Job Corps program, where she held various roles in Social Development, Social Skills Training, Student Government, and on-center consulting.
Sheila also oversees Employee Assistance and Wellness programs, ensuring that staff and clients alike benefit from a culture of holistic support. As a certified healing provider, her work is grounded in a deep commitment to emotional and spiritual healing, helping individuals navigate their journeys with strength and resilience.
