Alex Munoz, Sr. Operations Director

Alex Munoz joined our LifeSkills corporate team on January 30th of 2023; he is the Sr. Operations Director. Alex's responsibilities include oversight of the operational personnel, facilitate training, and administer support strategies. What inspires him the most about his profession is the challenge of developing solutions alongside people who carry the same amount of passion for improving the workforce industry as he does. Alex has over 17 years of experience with Job Corps in the Social Development, Training, and Finance/Administration realms. He attended Garden City Community College as a collegiate athlete, then transferred to Kansas State University, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He later earned his Master's of Business Administration. During his free time, Alex enjoys hiking, traveling, and visiting friends and family.

Melissa Graf, Director of Learning and Organizational Development

Melissa Graf joins our LifeSkills corporate team with 20 years of Job Corps experience. She has held various roles in various departments including Center Director, Corporate Social Development and Operations Director, Counseling, Student Leadership, Recreation, and Residential Living. She joins our team as the Director of Learning and Organizational Development. Melissa's passion is for developing staff to provide high quality services to our Job Corps students. Melissa graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Family Life and Community Service. She later earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.


Sarita Sanders, Operations Director

Sarita Sanders joined our LifeSkills team on April 1, 2023. She is the OA/CTS Operations Director. Her responsibilities include oversight of the outreach and admissions and career transition services contracts. Sarita has 14 years of experience in OA/CTS. She is motivated by student achievements and feels blessed to be part of our students’ journey to success. She enjoys compiling statistics to formulate data driven strategies for improvement and efficiency. She is also admittedly competitive and loves implementing innovative strategies so team efforts translate to higher contract rankings. Sarita has a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a minor in business administration. She is a certified teacher in the state of Texas. She is an AmeriCorps Alum, a former 4-Her, a former FFA member, and Girl Scout. She works to embody those values and ethics in her everyday interactions. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and pets.
