Shauna Soroka brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations across LifeSkills Connection, Q4 Solutions, and Options Ink. With a strong background in business and human capital management, Shauna is dedicated to fostering a positive, productive workplace culture that supports the growth and success of each organization.

Shauna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Fitchburg State University and later went on to complete her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources. Her educational foundation, combined with years of hands-on experience in operations and HR leadership, has positioned her as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leadership and staff alike.

Shauna is deeply committed to the human resources field and the vital role it plays in organizational success. From recruitment and talent development to compliance and employee engagement, she ensures that every aspect of HR is aligned with the mission and values of each company she serves.

Outside of work, Shauna enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children. A passionate traveler, she loves discovering new places and cultures whenever she has the opportunity.

Ann Carter, Human Resources Generalist

Ann joined the LifeSkills Connection team in February of 2023. She received her Bachelor's degree from Iowa State University, where she majored in Family & Consumer Sciences Education and Studies. Her work experiences have centered around working with people, educating, and answering questions. In her free time, she enjoys attending the various school activities of her three kids, traveling, and volunteering on a variety of boards and committees in the community. Her family has a small farm in Audubon County, where they raise cattle and grow crops.
