Shauna Soroka, Human Resource Director

Shauna graduated from Fitchburg State University with a degree in Business Administration, concentrated in management. She also has a Masters of Business Administration degree, concentrated in human resources. Shauna has spent many years working in operations and the human resources field. She loves this particular field and the important role it plays on the success of the business. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Shauna loves to travel and explore new places. 

Kyle Wagner, Human Resource Manager

Kyle graduated from Simpson College with a major in Business Management and minors in Human Resources and Coaching. He has spent his short working career in Human Resources and School Finance. Kyle enjoys working with teams to help make life and work easier for people. He enjoys working in HR because no day is the same and he gets the opportunity to make great relationships with coworkers. Kyle also enjoys watching sports, specifically the Phoenix Suns, Indianapolis Colts, IKM-Manning Wolves, and Iowa Hawkeyes. In Kyle’s free time he enjoys biking and golf. Kyle’s attitude and knowledge is a great asset to LifeSkills and our Human Resource Team!

Ann Carter, Human Resources Specialist

Ann joined the LifeSkills Connection team in February of 2023. She received her Bachelor's degree from Iowa State University, where she majored in Family & Consumer Sciences Education and Studies. Her work experiences have centered around working with people, educating, and answering questions. In her free time, she enjoys attending the various school activities of her three kids, traveling, and volunteering on a variety of boards and committees in the community. Her family has a small farm in Audubon County, where they raise cattle and grow crops.
