What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. It’s based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems. Intentionally applying pressure to these parts offers a range of health benefits.

My clients ask me: "What made you decide to get into reflexology?" It's simple, I worked as a Med Aid at an assisted living facility. It saddened me to see all the medications being prescribed to the residents, and the side effects of these drugs. I knew there had to be a natural way to help people with health concerns. My search led me to reflexology. I studied under an extremely talented lady who taught the eastern European method, and I have seen results that even surprise me! Try reflexology...not for a day or a week, but at least a month of 4 sessions. You might be surprised by the results also!
